Diets don’t just affect our thighs and tummies ladies – we can drop as much as a bra cup size as well – and a badly fitting bra won’t provide the support you need, especially if you have a larger bosom. The breast is made up of ligaments known as the Coopers Ligaments and once they are stretched, they’re stretched beyond repair.
